Malaysia Autoshow 2023 opens its door again this may

CYBERJAYA, 27 APRIL 2023 – The Malaysia Autoshow 2023 will open its doors once again this 4th to 7th May 2023, at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS), with the theme “Mobility Redefined”.

While Malaysia Autoshow 2023 continues the tradition of showcasing the latest vehicles on the market, there will be increased focus on electrification through sub-events created to bring more EV models on display, as well as relevant technologies and discussions on the EV ecosystem in Malaysia.

A total of 90 exhibitors showcasing more than 100 brands will fill the 5 main exhibition halls of MAEPS this year, which include the various sub-events under the Autoshow based on segments: Malaysia EV Show and Charged, Malaysia Bike Show and Premium Hall. MAEPS’s Hall A maintains the tradition of showcasing the car models and variants from Malaysian OEMs that have supported the Autoshow since its beginning in 2015.

The Autoshow outdoor area will feature various activities to allow visitors to fully experience the latest vehicles and technologies in the market. The test drive route around the MAEPS grounds has been extended to 4.5km to allow a visitor to truly feel the performance and technology of more than 120 models and variants exhibited at the show.

For the first time, the Autoshow will include a test ride area for motorcycles, for 2-wheeler enthusiasts to try the latest motorcycle models.

Meanwhile, the Malaysia Autoshow 2023 AutoFest brings a new dimension to the Autoshow, with fun-filled activities for the entire family. More than 100 activity booths and stalls will fill the AutoFest, complementing the various automotive-themed shows and activities such as simulators, virtual reality, e-sports, fire dancers, flea markets and 80 food trucks.

In conjunction with the Raya season, the Autofest will also collaborate with the SoundValley Festival 2023, a FREE concert featuring Malaysia’s top artistes such as Aina Abdul,, XPDC, and many more.

While the 2023 edition of the Malaysia Autoshow has expanded to include more vehicle types and broader activity offerings, the organisers have made the Autoshow more accessible compared to previous years.

“We understand that accessibility is an important point of consideration in the current climate, therefore we are offering entrance to the Malaysia Autoshow 2023 at only RM15 per entry, a 25% reduction compared to previous years”, added Azrul Reza Aziz.
