Johor Bahru – A pedestrian bridge collapsed at the Perling-Pasir Gudang Highway on Sunday afternoon, damaging two cars, a lorry and a motorcycle.
One man was injured in the incident.
According to a Johor Bahru Operations centre spokesman, they received a report on the incident at 4.38pm.
The spokesman said nine officers from the Johor Bahru Fire and Rescue Department were sent to the location at 4.39pm and arrived at 5.05pm.
The injured man, a lorry driver, got trapped when the bridge collapsed. However, he was rescued and sent to the hospital for treatment.
