Shah Alam – Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah of Selangor today reminded would-be pilgrims to avoid dealing with haj agencies with questionable status.
He said this was to avoid being overwhelmed with problems related to the process of travelling, whether in Malaysia or Saudi Arabia.
Sultan Sharafuddin further urged the pilgrims to uphold good morals, behaviour and high character during the haj season.
He also said they must make adequate preparations before going to the Holy Land as it required high physical health and mental strength.
“Perform the haj in an orderly and patient manner.
“Abide by the regulations issued from time to time by the management of Tabung Haji and the Saudi Arabian authorities.”
He said this when closing the 2014/1435 Selangor Level Hijrah, Haj Premier Course, here today.
